Honorary Secretary of the registered charitable society "Sree Vidyadhiraja Vidya Samajam" (est. 1975) from 2009, and of the registered charitable trust "Sree Vidyadhiraja Sabha" (est. 1972) from 2011. Under these bodies, several schools and colleges are run throughout the length and breadth of Kerala and the Kanyakumari district of Tamil Nadu, in the name of the renowned saint, philosopher, social reformer and guru — Sree Parama Bhattaraka Vidyadhiraja Theerthapada Chattampi Swamikal.

Clinical experience

More than twelve years of continuous work in the field of invasive cardiology from 2005 onwards, totalling over 10,000 cardiac catheterisation procedures. These include primary and elective PCI, peripheral PTA, paediatric interventions such as ASD, PDA and VSD device closures, permanent pacemaker implantations (single and dual chamber), CRT and ICD implantation, balloon mitral and pulmonary valvotomies, IABP, and diagnostic invasive cardiac procedures such as coronary angiograms and right heart catheterisation on a regular basis.

As Chief Cardiologist and Director of the Cath Lab in a 700-bedded tertiary care hospital, he oversees 24-hour cardiac emergency care, 24×7 primary PCI, intensive coronary care, a non-invasive lab with state of the art echocardiography and stress testing, and two fully equipped cardiac operating theatres.
